Publication Ethics

MJAMR (Meadow International Journal of Advancements in Multidisciplinary Research) adheres to the highest standards of publication ethics and integrity. The journal follows internationally accepted publication ethics to maintain the quality, originality, and credibility of the research publications.

 

Privacy Statement

The information given by authors, reviewers, and readers is retained only to facilitate correspondence concerning MJAMR. All information is stored securely and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.

 

Plagiarism and AI Policy

  1. Plagiarism: All submissions are screened using advanced detection software. Manuscripts with a similarity index exceeding 15% will be returned for revision or rejected outright.

  2. AI Policy: Any use of AI tools must be transparently disclosed, including their specific role (e.g., data analysis, text assistance). Undisclosed or unethical use of AI will result in rejection. Authors remain fully accountable for the accuracy, integrity, and originality of their manuscripts.

 

International Standards for Editors

  • Editorial decisions must always be free from bias and guided by considerations of originality, clarity, validity, and relevance to the scope of MJAMR.

  • Editors must ensure confidentiality and must not disclose any information about a submitted manuscript to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers, or other editorial staff as necessary.

  • Unpublished manuscripts or their data must not be used by editors for personal research or gain.

 

International Standards for Reviewers

  • Reviewers assist editors in making editorial decisions and help authors improve the quality of their manuscripts through constructive feedback.

  • Reviews must be conducted in a timely, objective, and confidential manner.

  • Reviewers should clearly state their level of expertise and decline review assignments where they lack sufficient knowledge.

  • Any manuscripts under review must not be shared, copied, or used for personal advantage.

  • Reviewers should disclose any potential conflicts of interest.

 

International Standards for Authors

  • Authors must ensure that their submissions are original, accurate, and not under consideration elsewhere.

  • Proper acknowledgment of the work of others through accurate citations is mandatory.

  • The corresponding author carries collective responsibility for the submitted and published work on behalf of all co-authors.

  • Authors must respond professionally and promptly to editorial and reviewer comments during both pre- and post-publication stages.

  • Plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, or any form of unethical publishing behaviour is strictly prohibited.

  • If authors discover significant errors in their published work, they must immediately notify the editor and cooperate to issue a correction or retraction.
