Author Guidelines

MJAMR (Meadow International Journal of Advancements in Multidisciplinary Research) welcomes original contributions from scholars, researchers, and practitioners across diverse fields of science, engineering, technology, and their applications in business, industry, and society.

We publish the following categories of papers:

• Original research articles

• Review or survey papers

• Extended versions of conference/workshop papers

• Short communications and technical notes

• Case studies / case reports

• PhD thesis summaries

• Book chapters

 

Manuscript Preparation

To ensure uniformity and high publishing standards, authors are requested to follow these guidelines:

1. Language

   • Manuscripts must be written in clear, standard English,Hindi,Gujarati.

   • The work should be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.

2. Format

   • Submit manuscripts in Microsoft Word format.

   • Use Times New Roman, 12-point font, double spacing, with 1-inch margins.

   • Paper length should not exceed 6,000 words (including references and appendices).

   • For final accepted manuscripts, the layout may be adjusted to fit the journal’s publication style.

3. Structure of the Manuscript
   A research article should generally include the following sections:

   • Title

   • Author(s) name and affiliation(s)

   • Abstract (200–300 words)

   • Keywords (3–6 words)

   • Introduction

   • Literature Review

   • Methodology

   • Results and Discussion

   • Conclusion

   • Acknowledgments (if any)

   • References / Appendices

4. Abstract and Keywords

   • Abstracts should summarize research objectives, methods, findings, and significance.

   • Include 3–6 keywords for indexing purposes.

5. References

   • Use a consistent citation style (APA, MLA, or Chicago) throughout the manuscript.

   • Ensure that all references are accurate and complete.

6. Length and Layout

   • Maximum of 10 pages in the final formatted version.

   • Title font size: 22

   • Author details: 11

   • Main text: 10–12 (depending on formatting)

   • References: 10

 

Copyright and Permissions

• Once accepted, authors are required to transfer copyright of their manuscript to MJAMR.

• If copyrighted material (figures, tables, or text) is used, it is the author’s responsibility to obtain written permission.

• A signed copyright transfer form must accompany the final submission.

 

Plagiarism and AI Policy

1. Plagiarism

   • All manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software.

   • Papers with a similarity index of more than 15% will be returned for revision or rejected.

2. AI Usage

   • Authors must transparently disclose the use of AI tools, specifying their role (e.g., data analysis, text assistance).

   • Undisclosed or unethical use of AI will result in rejection.

   • Authors remain fully accountable for the accuracy and originality of their work.
